About Our Organization
Bhartiya Boudha Seva Sangh at Dhammbhumi Kelzar works to build a generation of disciplined, ethical and socially responsible youth inspired by the teachings of Lord Buddha and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

Founder & Chief Mentor
Shri P. S. Khobragade
A Khobragade is the visionary founder and guiding force behind the Kelzar Shraman Education Project at Dhamma Bhoomi, Kelzar. A retired Sub-Engineer by profession, he has dedicated his post-retirement life entirely to the revival and strengthening of Shraman culture through education, discipline, and moral living.
Deeply inspired by the teachings of Lord Buddha and the transformative vision of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Shri Khobragade firmly believes that true social change is possible only through character-building, value-based education, and disciplined living.
